Baking your own Cast Iron Cookie Cake!
Updated: Jun 30, 2020
I made the Cast Iron Cookie Cake Mixes so that people can still have Michaels Desserts at home even during the pandemic.

Why I’m doing them
I’m selling The Cookies so that people can still have desserts even while they are at home. I’ve been using this time where I normally bake, to focus even more on ending hunger.
How to bake them
The ingredients that you need to add will be on the back of each mix and will vary per mix. You can bake in any pan you’d like, but ideally you should bake in a mini cast iron pan. But no matter what pan you use be sure to generously butter your pan before you bake. I hope you enjoy these as much as I do. I’m so happy to have Michaels Desserts in your kitchen. Thank you!

Half-Baked Cookie Cake Directions:

Short Bread Cookie Cake:

1/2 cup of melted butter
Place your mix into a bowl.
Add melted butter and mix into a dough. Press the dough into a buttered dish.
Poke the dough several times with a fork so it won’t puff up while it bakes.
Bake on 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream and fresh fruit! Delicious!!
Each bag makes 1 servings.
